About the Aurora Condominium
The Aurora Condominium Home Owners Association (HOA) is a non-stock, not for Profit Corporation that was incorporated in 2006 in the State of Maryland. The Association was formed by the initial Declarant (also known as Developer) of Aurora Condominium North and South to provide specific services to the owners in the community. The Aurora Condominium HOA comprises of two buildings (the North and South towers) with a total of 145 units. All persons who purchase units in the Aurora North or South automatically become members of the Aurora HOA and such membership is not severable unless the person sells their unit. This membership entitles the property owner to all of the rights and privileges afforded by the Association's Articles of Incorporation, Declaration and Bylaws (Governing Documents). The Governing Documents also create certain obligations and responsibilities for the property owner, including but not limited to requirements to pay annual assessments and to abide by certain covenants and rules.
Residents who would like to meet with the Onsite Manager in his office may do so during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. On Wednesdays however, the onsite managerís hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Email inquiries may be sent at any time to [email protected].
